The porch can accommodate 150 guests for a seated dinner or 200 for a buffet-style meal. The surrounding lawns provide additional seating space and dance floor areas. The house itself is not available because it functions as a museum, but restrooms and a catering set-up area are accessible. A short walk away from the house is Long White Bridge Lawn, which features a charming gazebo and can accommodate up to 200 guests for a ceremony. These facilities are available after 3:30 PM during the week for $1,000. Between March and June and from September to October, the cost for a Friday or Sunday event is $2,000. Saturdays are available for $3,000.

The Conservatory is home to exotic tropical flora. This facility provides indoor space with an outdoor deck that overlooks grand cypress trees, Schoolhouse Pond, and Red Bridge. The deck opens to the Conservatory through large French doors. There is standing room on the deck for 50 guests and indoor seating for 75 guests, where lovely teak tables are provided for your reception. The Schoolhouse Pond Lawn can accommodate up to 100 guests. This area of the plantation is available during the day for $1,000. Friday and Sunday evenings between March and May and from September to October cost $2,000, while Saturdays cost $3,000. Between November and February, weekend evenings cost $2,000. Because the Conservatory is a greenhouse, it is not recommended for use between June and August.

The Pavilion is the newest facility on the plantation. It features room for ten picnic tables, existing benches along the perimeter, ceiling fans, an expansive lawn, and nearby parking. Restrooms and electricity/water sources are also available. Pricing for this facility varies depending on guest count and time of day.
